What is
Laughter Yoga?

Based on a scientific fact, the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter if done with willingness. It will help to release stress and strengthens the immune system. This brings more oxygen to the body and the brain which makes one feel more energetic and healthy. Wow! one can become healthy while laughing with a group or alone.
 

 It was started in 1995 by a medical doctor Dr. Madan Kataria supported by his wife Madhuri Kataria, a yoga teacher, from Mumbai, India. Now, there are thousands for Laughter Yoga Clubs in more that 105 countries.

Meet Gerri Ayize Bohanan

 The name Ayize means "Let it Flow. Let it Flower." Bohanan is certified in Laughter Yoga as a Leader, Teacher and Ambassador. She taught Laughter Yoga nationally and internationally in 2018.  Her Laughter Yoga Club was located at Baltimore City Community College for a few years. Now, it is a Laughter Yoga on zoom. Learn more about  why she loves teaching it and how it is improving her life.  Gerri wants to help others improve and enhance their lives. She loves certifying  others to become a Laughter Yoga Leader.

 Laughter Yoga exercise is fun!

Laughter Yoga is fun! Laughter Yoga is a unique concept as an exercise in a group where anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy. 
It is not a hard-physical exercise. We will sit down, walk around, run around, lay down with eye contact and  childlike playfulness. However, after following a one hour exercise, we will need to drink water. Ha ha ha!  
  It is a great way to witness happiness, peace and release stress.  

There is scientific proof that it has benefits for school children, adults, seniors and businesses
